What electronic device to you use all the time for your own personal gain and probably have sitting somewhere by your cash register? Your iPad! Put it to use: While your customer is waiting to pay, or their friend is waiting with them to cash out, hand it over and have them write a review. Or, to really branch out, have them take a video that you can post on your social networks. Works for restaurants too. Kind of like wedding receptions with disposible cameras at the tables...
